Enjoying the Little Things

Lately I have been challenged to ENJOY life more!! Less complaining, less bad attitudes, and less negativity! It is easy for me to be un-content and to always wish for more or to desire things that I don't have. That has to STOP! It's not ok with me and more importantly, NOT ok with the LORD! He desires an attitude of GRATEFULNESS. One way to work on this is to be THANKFUL for the LITTLE things in our life that we take for granted.

Today I was thinking about all this and tried to come up with the small things that I enjoy through out the day- things that are easy to look over and that may not seem important.

So...these are my little "pieces of heaven" :)

SCHOOL!! i love love my classes!! And my teachers and classmates have blown me away! I have never loved school SO much before! I can't get enough of it!

My BEAUTIFUL, ENCOURAGING, and GODLY friends

and of course i ABSOLUTELY LOVE spending time with my crazy family that God has blessed me with!

The list could go on and on..but all this to say- ENJOY THE LITTLE THINGS! God's presence is with us ALL DAY LONG and we can find our JOY in HIM and the blessings He gives us! There are infinite things to be thankful for so I'm choosing to thank HIM now!
